The i-top snap on rings includes a set of 8 i-top adjustable finger rings. The i-top rings lets you make your own custom accessories such as hair clips using the i-top snap daddies and  the i-top tool (the snap daddies/buttons and i-top tool are sold separately). The i-top tool is also great for doing add ons for Scrapbooking.  The tool comes with an instructional DVD and written directions.  It is easy to use for and recommended for 9 years and up.
